It is never too early to start thinking about a study away semester as part of your Scripps education.  The first step to making this happen is to attend one of the mandatory Information Sessions offered weekly until the application deadlines each semester.  See the Announcements section for information on dates and times. And it doesn't hurt to note these dates in your calendar.  You must decide on your preferred program before requesting an application. 

Application Cycle for Fall 2023 or Full Year 2023-2024:

• Applications available: September 15, 2022
• Petition Deadline (for unapproved programs, more than one semester, to participate in senior year, etc.): November 1, 2022
• Application Deadline: December 1, 2022

Application Cycle for Spring 2024:

• Applications available:  February 15, 2023
• Petition Deadline (for unapproved programs, more than one semester, to participate in sophomore year, etc.): April 1. 2023
• Application Deadline: May 1, 2023
